Yaran Cultural-Athletic Complex was designed in order to provide required cultural and athletic urban spaces in the western region of Tehran, between Marzdaran and Ashrafi Boulevards. The most important land uses proposed in this complex plan are sport spaces, and the cultural section has been located on the upper floors. Limited commercial land use and certain other land uses based on local demand have been added along the external edge of this complex. Moreover, we have attempted to create a public space as the center of the neighborhood alongside the street while various land uses are located around it.
