In continuation of the preparing plan of Daryay-e-Aram Rec reative and Touristy Complex in Galoogah, several parts were designed as typical models in residential and public service spaces.

Many patterns were designed in the figure of villa for the residential part; some of them were: the double-bedroom flat motels, the double-floor motels and the hotel-apartments with three to eight floors. A restaurant, store and furthermore a limited office center were designed for the urban services section. Totally, 10 percent of the whole project’s area is allotted to these parts.
